Traditional Antipasto Arrangement
A substantial grazing board is beautifully garnished and exquisitely displayed. A variety of fresh hand cut vegetables and fruits, in season, are arranged to be pleasing to the eye and the palate. Our hot Vidalia Onion Dip and Cold Cucumber Dip compliment this platter. A variety of cheese, crackers, and other goodies make this a true crowd pleaser.
Crispy Bacon & Gorgonzola on Rosemary Studded Focaccia
Such a From Scratch Favorite. Crispy bacon and crumbled gorgonzola are baked on our homemade focaccia which has been brushed with EVOO and sprinkled with our home grown Rosemary nettles. This is simple with distinction.
This one bursts with unique fresh flavors. Kalamata olives, Roma tomatoes, garden snipped basil and Parmesan cheese loaded on a crisp baguette and baked until just right.
Fresh Shrimp with Honey Mustard-Lime Sauce
A wonderful twist on fresh shrimp… Our tender shrimp are first tossed in extra virgin olive oil and “special” seasoning then served atop a sliver of fresh English cucumber and drizzled with our tangy honey mustard dipping sauce and fresh squeeze of lime.
Tossed Strawberry & Almond Brittle Salad with Sweet Poppy Seed Dressing
This is the perfect summer salad! We take hand-torn Romaine and top it with sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges and diced green onions. Then toss it with our sweet poppy seed dressing and top it with our almond brittle; a light and refreshing salad.
Pearl Barley with Wild Rice and Fresh Mushrooms
This recipe was featured at our Couples Cooking Class and is now a main stay on our menu. It received rave reviews. We take pearl barley and mix it with our wild rice blend, add to it sautéed fresh mushrooms and Vidalia onions. This masterpiece is baked low and slow until the chef says it is ready.
Stuffed Beef Tenderloin with our Perfect Marsala Sauce
This beef tenderloin is trimmed and butterflied, then stuffed with brandied mushrooms and sweet red peppers. We roast it until it’s good and ready, and then serve it with our all-time favorite Marsala sauce. This beef tenderloin is our crown jewel!
Fresh Green Beans with Pancetta and Fresh Sage
These farm-fresh haricot vert are simple but full of flavor. We blanch our beans al dente then sauté them with pancetta and fresh sage and finish them off with a pinch of garlic pepper. This is garden fresh taste and was voted top on the list of favorite veggies.

Carmalized Ham Sandwiches
Home-baked silver dollar rolls are stacked with ham and Swiss cheese and dumped with our Dijon caramel sauce. Then they are baked until just right and served room temperature.
Mac 'N Cheese if You Please Bar
Donna's secret recipe... crazy noodles are prepared al dente, then dumped with velvety cheese sauce, baked until it's good and ready and garnished with our secret (much talked about) garlic and herbed spices. Accompaniments to make your mac’ n cheese even better include diced tomatoes, real bacon bits, caramelized onions and grated cheese.
Caramelized Turkey Sandwiches
Home-baked silver dollar rolls are stacked with slices of oven-roasted turkey; then topped with our award winning cranberry chutney and herbed cream cheese. We ladle on our Dijon Caramel sauce then bake until just right. We serve these at room temperature.
Milk and Cookie Bar
Ice cold white and chocolate milk are served alongside our delicious man-sized cookies.
Celebration Spinach Salad with Sweet Tomato Vinaigrette
We serve this salad for any celebration that’s how good it is!! We take tender baby spinach and top it with avocados, sour apple, fresh oranges (in season) and crown it with golden raisins and mixed nuts. Are you ready for the big finish…Our homemade sweet tomato vinaigrette, a perfect pairing with a perfect salad.
"Soda Jerk" Beans
We searched the cookbooks over for a perfect picnic bean recipe and here it is! We combine a variety of beans, mix them with cubes of lean ham, pork sausage, diced tomatoes, peppers, Vidalia onions, some “magic dust” spices; then finish them off with brown sugar and soda pop. Finally, we bake the beans low and slow until picnic perfect!
Chicken Kabobs on the Barbie
Perfectly trimmed chicken tenderloins are basted in our teriyaki, honey, and fresh ginger marinade. We skewer it with sweet potatoes, red onions and button mushrooms, then grill until just right.
Caramelized Grape Salad with Toasted Pecans
Crunchy red grapes are halved and then folded into our creamy caramel sauce, then topped off with toasted pecans. This one is both kid-friendly and adult approved.
Glorified Scrambled Eggs
Our scrambled eggs are loaded with a variety of cheese, and then finished off with our garlic herb seasoning. Eggs-tra Special!
Overnight French Toast Strata
Whipped eggs and heavy cream are poured over fresh slices of bread that are layered on top of our homemade caramel sauce. Let's let it sit overnight then bake it until puffed, then served with a shake of powdered sugar. This is our most popular breakfast item.
This is the most requested item on the menu! Lean bacon is lightly coated in brown sugar and broiled until crisp, then served at room temperature.

A variety of fresh fruit, in season, are beautifully skewered to be both pleasing to the eye and the palate.
Trendy Chopped Salad
This salad, hands down, is our most requested! Chopped Romaine, red onions, crispy bacon pieces, both Asiago and bleu cheeses are lightly tossed with our sweet Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing. "From Scratch's" personal favorite!
Spiced Cocoa Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
This tenderloin has an unusual rub that seals in all its juices. It slices like butter… no sauce required... pork tenderloin at its best!
Garlic Smashed Potatoes
This recipe is under wraps...ok, here's a hint....Russet potatoes are mashed with heavy cream, sweet butter, lots of roasted fresh garlic, (of course,) cheddar cheese, and on and on it goes. We bake them until they are good and ready. Your guests will want this recipe!
We take fresh cut carrots, steam them until fork tender; then glaze them with our homemade buttery caramel sauce.
Mini Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

"Oh my!" says Chef Donna "How can anything be this perfect?" This is caramel apples, apple crisp, cheese cake, and short bread cookies all combined in one perfect dessert. A must have for your sweet endings.
Pucker Up Lemon Bars
We have been informed that these are the best lemon bars ever! A perfect crust, tart lemon filling and a thin layer of glaze is topped with a zigzag of raspberry sauce. These truly are one of our best.
German Chocolate Bars
This is decadence at its best! Think about a fudgy chocolate layer on top of a buttery pecan layer topped with a homemade caramel layer finished off with a layer of toasted coconut. Now you understand why we call this decadent!
Pecan Pie Squares
These bars take pecan pie to a new level. A shortbread crust is covered with our buttery, honey filling and topped with crunchy pecans and toasted coconut.
Sweet-Salty Butter Pecan Cookies
Sweet and salty are perfectly married in this butterscotch cookie that is loaded with pecans and rolled in a super fine granulated salt. This cookie is hit-the-spot satisfying and is hands down the best cookie "From Scratch" makes.
Outrageous Triple Chocolate Threat
Three pounds of chocolate go into one batch of these dense brownies! We top them off with a thin smear of raspberry preserves and a drizzle of bittersweet Ghirardelli chocolate. Without a doubt, this will give you your chocolate fix.
Citrus White Chocolate Chip Dream Cookies
Freshly squeezed orange juice and zest are combined with white chocolate to make these cookies dreamy.
Naomi's Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream Bars
These bars were voted number one in "From Scratch's" Iron Chef Contest! This winner begins with a thick dense fudgy crust and is topped with a fluffy peanut butter mouse, then finished off with a thin layer of ganache.
Raspberry Almond Bars
This is one of Chef Donna's favorites. We take and smear of almond paste and raspberry preserves on top of a shortbread crust, then top it with a shortbread crumble. Yum! Raspberry and almond, what could be better?
Smooth regular or decaffeinated coffee is brewed on-site and served with all the fixings.
Traditional Caesar Salad
Freshly torn Romaine is topped with toasted homemade garlic croutons and parmesan cheese then tossed with our Caesar dressing.
Baked Ziti with Our Very Own Spaghetti Sauce
This is an old favorite...the vegetarian version of course! Ziti that has been cooked al dente is smothered with our homemade sauce. We then top this with cheeses and sautéed fresh vegetables (green and red peppers, zucchini, Vidalia onions, black olives) and lots of fresh garlic. This is baked until good and ready.

Chorizo Stuffed Date Ramaki
We take dates, stuff them with fresh chorizo sausage, wrap them with bacon, and top them with a pinch of brown sugar and broil until crispy. The Chef has declared these her new favorite!
Beef Tenderloin on a Toasted Baguette with Herb Garlic Cream
Perfectly trimmed tenderloin of beef is marinated and baked to perfection, sliced thin, stacked high on our homemade toasted baguette. Then it's topped with our herb cream sauce and slivers of red onion. These are two bites that will make your mouth water!
Bruschetta (The wat the Italians like it!)
Fresh Roma tomatoes are diced and mixed with garlic, fresh basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We serve this garden fresh taste with our toasted baguettes and top it with Asiago cheese.
Crispy Asparagus Wraps
A tender spear of asparagus is wrapped in a thin crust, smeared with creamy garlic and Asiago cheese and the toasted. This is our most requested appetizer.
Caramelized Ham Sandwiches

A buttery crust is delicately layered with thinly sliced Bosc pears, Provolone and Gorgonzola cheese, topped with toasted walnuts; and then baked until bubbly. This is served room temperature and is the talk of the party.
Smoked Turkey & Apricot Brie Quesadilla
Smoked turkey, apricot jam, Brie cheese and our fresh herb salad are all melted between two flour tortillas, then cut into wedges and served with apricot butter and toasted pecans.
Brown Bag Lunch
Roasted Turkey Croissant
We take thinly sliced premium roasted turkey pile it on our home baked buttery croissant and layer with leafy lettuce, roma tomatoes and provolone cheese add to it a smear of herbed mayonnaise and there you have a From Scratch Sandwich.
Hame and Swiss Cheese Sandwiches
Our ham is shaved thin and pile high on our home-baked parmesan topped rolls, served with leafy lettuce, roma tomatoes and a smear of creamy Dijon mustard.
Roast Beef Sandwich
We take thinly sliced roast beef and pile it on a parmesan crusted roll. Layer it with leaf lettuce, slivered red onions, pepper jack cheese and finish it off with a smear of creamy horseradish.
Everything Pasta Salad
Yes, everything but the kitchen sink goes into this wonderful salad. Tri-color cork screw pasta is loaded with diced Roma tomatoes, green onions, sweet red peppers, black olives, artichoke hearts, baby corn, and sharp cheddar cheese. We toss this with robust Italian Dressing and top it with grated parmesan cheese and poppy seeds. This is a meal in itself!
