The Wedding Salad
We call this the wedding salad because chef Donna unveiled this for her daughter’s wedding. It is bright & beautiful. We arrange strips of fresh pears in season, gorgonzola crumbles and candied walnuts on top of fancy greens and finish it off with a sweet pear balsamic vinaigrette dressing. A perfect salad for any wedding reception.
Panko Crusted Chicken Tenderloin with Brandied Dijon Sauce
Panko crusted chicken breast are sautéed crispy, then napped with our brandied Dijon cream sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Strawberry Balsamic Reduction
We take the most beautifully trimmed pork tenderloin and spiral wrap it in smoky bacon then roast it while locking in all its juices. Let’s leave it rest a while and get on with our most delightfully bright and fresh strawberry balsamic reduction. This is one of From Scratch’s most succulent main stays.
Garlic Smashed Potatoes
This recipe is under wraps… ok, here’s a hint… Russet potatoes are mashed with heavy cream, sweet butter, lots of roasted fresh garlic (of course), cheddar cheese, and on and on it goes. We bake them until they are good and ready. Your guests will want this recipe!
Sugar Snap Peas with Hazelnut Butter and Fresh Sage
We blanch these garden fresh beauties al dente, then sauté them in hazelnut and sage infused brown butter. A perfect accompaniment to any “main” event.

Trendy Chopped Salad
This salad, hands down, is our most requested! Chopped Romaine, red onions, crispy bacon pieces, both Asiago and bleu cheeses are lightly tossed with our sweet Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing. “From Scratch’s” personal favorite!
Roasted Turkey Croissant
We take thinly sliced premium roasted turkey pile it on our home baked buttery croissant and layer with leaf lettuce, roma tomatoes and provolone cheese add to it a shmear of herb mayonnaise and there you have a From Scratch Sandwich.
Spinach Bow Tie Pasta Salad with Toasted Pine Nuts
Bow tie pasta is tossed with tender baby spinach, red onions, sweet red pepper, red pepper flakes and toasted pine nuts, then finished off with garlicky olive oil and topped with Parmesan cheese.
Fresh Fruit Kabobs
A variety of fresh fruit, in season, are beautifully skewered to be both pleasing to the eye and the palate.
Man Size, Double Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookies
These cookies begin with a decadent chocolate buttery cocoa batter, which we dump with white chocolate chips and bake until the outside is crinkly crisp and the middles are gooey and soft. It’s a perfect cookie for the coco-holic.
Scrambled Eggs with Sautéed Vegetables and Fresh Basil
We scramble our eggs light and fluffy, then top them with sautéed Roma tomatoes, yellow zucchini, sweet red peppers and chopped fresh basil. Then we finish them off with grated Asiago cheese.
Overnight French Toast Strata
Whipped eggs and heavy cream are poured over fresh slices of bread that are layered on top of our homemade caramel sauce. Let’s let it sit overnight then bake it until puffed, then served with a shake of powdered sugar. This is our most popular breakfast item.
Layered Hash Browns
We take shredded russets, layer them in the pan, then load with our green onion, cheddar cheese, herbed sour cream, and crisp bacon, then top it with more shredded spuds. This is a side that no one can resist!
This is the most requested item on the menu! Lean bacon is lightly coated in brown sugar and broiled until crisp, then served at room temperature.
This is an assortment of citrus, walnut, and Ghirardelli chocolate scones. We have been told ours are the best!
